The Bechtel National, Inc. WTP Socioeconomic Program encourages small, small HUBZone, small disadvantaged, Women-owned, Veteran-owned, and Service disabled Veteran-owned small businesses to participate in our procurement activities.
It is the policy of Bechtel to pre-qualify its bidders for subcontracting opportunities. All project subcontract packages will be on an Invitation-To-Bid ONLY basis. In order to qualify for an Invitation-To-Bid, WTP provides a Supplier Registry. This questionnaire is designed to assess financial capacity, experience, safety and health history, business practices, insurance, QA/QC Programs, and references. In addition to the registration, vendors interested in the WTP project must also complete the pre-qualification documents per the instructions described in the Qualification Process found in the table of contents.
